07 – Location Form

This form is designed to collect information about your physical presence in different countries during the tax year.

Your physical presence affects how you are taxed. We use this information to determine your tax residency status and when you became or ceased to be a tax resident of a country, to allocate your employment and business income to the countries that have the right to tax them, to fill out U.S. Form 2555 and to report your travel dates on U.S. Form 1040NR.
